Ratchel & Paul's Golden Hour Canoe Engagement Shoot In Lakefield, Ontario

When Ratchel approached me with the creative concept of a canoe engagement shoot, I was SO unbelievably excited. This was something I had been dying to do for quite a long time. I could already imagine the notebook vibes: serene lake, the delicate ripples in the water, and Ratchel & Paul paddling along together.

 

The evening couldn't have been more perfect for this shoot. Ratchel wore a gorgeous white mini dress with cottage core aesthetics. The sky was a canvas, painted with beautiful cloud patterns that added drama and depth to the scene. The golden hour was upon us, and nature seemed to be in a generous mood as the water of the lake mirrored this golden light, creating an almost surreal ambiance.
